Статья посвящена исследованию современных тенденций кадрового обеспечения врачами системы здравоохранения Республики Бурятия. Анализируются основные количественные и качественные характеристики врачебных кадров, выявляются ключевые проблемы и риски, связанные с дефицитом специалистов, их возрастной структурой и территориальной дифференциацией. Особое внимание уделяется мерам государственной кадровой политики, направленным на привлечение и закрепление медицинских кадров в регионе. На основе анализа статистических данных и нормативных документов сформулированы выводы о текущем состоянии и перспективах развития кадрового потенциала здравоохранения Республики Бурятия.

ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL PROVISION
IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA

The article is devoted to the study of current trends in the staffing of the health care system of the Republic of Buryatia with physicians. The article analyzes the main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of medical personnel, identifies key problems and risks associated with the shortage of specialists, their age structure and territorial differentiation. Special attention is paid to the measures of the state personnel policy aimed at attracting and retaining medical personnel in the region. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data and normative documents the conclusions about the current state and prospects of development of human resources potential of health care in Buryatia are formulated.
