АНАЛИЗ ИНСТИТУТОВ РАЗВИТИЯ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ БУРЯТИЯ

В статье рассмотрены ключевые направления работы федеральных и региональных институтов развития. Проведен анализ деятельности территории опережающего развития «Бурятия» в рамках деятельности федерального института развития АО «Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока». Выявлены сравнительно низкие показатели использования преференциального режима территорий опережающего развития в Республике Бурятия в сопоставлении с другими дальневосточными регионами. Проведен анализ деятельности институтов развития в Республике Бурятия, исследованы механизмы их воздействия на социально-экономическую динамику региона. Проанализированы основные целевые показатели малого и среднего предпринимательства в Бурятии. Установлено, что система поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства характеризуется определенными диспропорциями в совершенствовании отдельных направлений. Сделан вывод о необходимости оптимизации механизмов предоставления поддержки и повышения эффективности инфраструктуры, содействующей малому и среднему предпринимательству в региональных институтах развития.

ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA

The article examines the key areas of work of federal and regional development institutions. An analysis was conducted of the activities of the Advanced Development Territory (ADT) «Buryatia» within the framework of the federal development institute JSC «Far East Development Corporation». Relatively low indicators of the use of the preferential regime of advanced development territories in the Republic of Buryatia were identified when compared with other Far Eastern regions. The study analyses the activities of development institutions in the Republic of Buryatia and investigates the mechanisms of their impact on the socio economic dynamics of the region. The main target indicators of small and medium-sized enterprises in Buryatia were analyzed. It was found that the support system for SMEs is characterized by certain imbalances in the improvement of individual areas. The conclusion is made about the necessity to optimize support provision mechanisms and enhance the efficien-cy of the infrastructure supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship within regional development institutions.
